Hughes Mitchell Insurance started in 2014 when Jenny moved to the Lake Oconee area after getting married. She established this business to help people navigate the complex and confusing world of insurance. She has enjoyed building her business in the community and helping many local businesses and individuals throughout Georgia and Florida.
Her company focuses on providing guidance to local businesses, providing employee benefits for their employees, from Medical, Dental, Vision and Disability plans as well as some worksite benefits. In addition, she’s assisted individuals with Medical and other individual products both on and off the healthcare exchange and also sells short-term medical and some individual association plans for business owners. She also enjoys helping Seniors with their Medicare decisions which include Medicare Supplement, Advantage plans and prescription drug plans.
Jenny has over 20 years of experience in employee benefits in sales and consulting roles. She has worked with MetLife, Prudential and as an individual broker working with companies and their employees. Jenny has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing, Cum Laude, from Kennesaw State University.
Grace ryan
Grace is insurance agent based in Atlanta, Georgia, and licensed in Georgia and Florida. She earned her degree in accounting from the University of Mississippi in 2021 and began her career as a staff accountant before transitioning into insurance, where she found her true calling.
With a strong analytical background and a natural ability to connect with people, Grace prides herself on making complex decisions feel simple and approachable. Her outgoing personality and enthusiasm allow her to create an experience that feels both professional and personal.
Outside of work, she’s a devoted Ole Miss Rebels fan (and yes—truly devoted, especially when it comes to football). Grace also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes.
